Pope Leo XIV Thanks Faithful for Support of Peter’s Pence Collection

On the Solemnity of Sts. Peter and Paul, Pope Leo XIV expressed his gratitude to the faithful worldwide who contributed to this year’s Peter’s Pence collection, the annual offering that allows the Holy Father to fund charitable works, disaster relief, and support for vulnerable communities. Speaking after the Angelus in St. Peter’s Square, the Pope also extended his greetings and prayers to the people of Rome, remembering especially the sick, the lonely, and those who are imprisoned.
