Holy Family Marks its Patronal Feast and 75TH Anniversary

On the 29^th of December 2024 was a glorious day for the Holy Family Catholic Church in Molineux in the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis.

The parish celebrated her Patronal Feast Day of the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph as well as 75 years of the Dedication of the Church. The celebrations began at 5p.m with the Mass presided over by Very Rev. Fr. Pierre Tevi Benissan SVD, the Vicar General of the Diocese of St John’s-Basseterre and was assisted by Rev. Trevor Phipps.

Fr Pierre congratulated the Church for how far they have come and encouraged them to be People of Hope as the Holy Father had urged the entire Church through The Jubilee Year of Hope. He encouraged the parishioners to look to the future in Hope and to build upon what others have done in the past making the Church what it was.

Concelebrating was Rev. Frs Frank Power SVD, Peter Mwura, Courage Senam Dogbey and Bright John Elorm Fumey (priest in charge).

The celebration ended with a cocktail dinner to commemorate the day.
